The tank body gleams, the valves are tightly closed, and the pressure gauge needle rests steadily at zero. The quality inspector signs off on the record sheet and affixes a green quality approval label. Workers are busy dismantling the temporary pipes used for testing, sealing each connection with protective caps.

The wooden pallets in the shipping area are already laid out, with a forklift standing by. Someone takes a cloth and gives the outer wall of the tank one last wipe, as sunlight streams in through the window, casting a warm glow over the metal surface.

The equipment stands quietly in place. Early tomorrow morning, it will be loaded onto the truck and shipped off, heading to its next brewing destination.
